Unique Locking System

  • PermaLock blocks lock together, ensuring every block is secure and becomes one continuous rigid piling
  • Threading and locking of PermaLock blocks ensures no lateral movement during or after installation
  • PermaLock offers true vertical alignment which resists buckling of the supporting piles
  • PermaLock meets the necessary depth required for pile lengths in South Louisiana

The rest of the market offers products that don’t meet depth requirements, making it necessary for the slab to be broken out, which can place the piling at an offset angle resulting in stress and failure. Other processes create an environment which may cause buckling because of the disjointed design of the system. When other systems use a cable as the main component of an alignment system, the cable offers /lttle resistance to lateral stress. In New Orleans our wet soil conditions make the cabling system ineffective. If a mechanical anchor is used, any slack or tension on the cable renders the pile disjointed.
